I was impressed since I lived in another state and was making arrangements to move an antique bedroom set for a relative. Communication is key whenever you contract services and they do this with excellence! I mean from the online quote survey to the explanation of the estimate, reminders, destination departure and arrival times, and your final. I love that Five Star incorporates both the use of technology and personal communication to provide service with excellence.
