Five Star Storage

It was so easy to secure a storage unit at five star. Kelley was super nice and helpful and patient. The unit was clean and ready to be moved into. The only feedback guy would have is that the road leading into my storage unit had a bunch of holes in ditches and diets so you have to drive really slow. so far so good! But it’s only been a day. Lol.

Five Star could also be called Above and Beyond.

One of the easiest moves I've ever made. Especially remarkable for high humidity 90 degree weather in Duluth Minnesota, not Georgia. It didn't stop these guys, who just kept moving until the job was done efficiently, correctly, and to the customer's satisfaction.

Great customer service! Both the reps answering the phones and Sam who is on location at arrowhead are very friendly and helpful. The storage unit was easy to drive up to with our truck and we were easily able to rent a second one once we realized we needed more space.

The storage unit 812 that we rented since 2017 turned out to be a disaster. We didn't visit our unit for awhile because we trusted it to be safe. When we did visit to move out, our discovery was lots of boxes and a rug were all wet/soggy. Not to mention water filled up some of our plastic tubs/containers. Don't know how long this was going on, but trusted the unit to be safe. Lucky for us, most things that were stored in there was outside/garage items. I looked at the ceiling and saw tape pieces on the plastic. Must of been a continuous problem. Now this company forces their insurance on you by automatically adding it to your monthly bill. I guess I now understand why. I will not do business with this company in the future. The rent also increases often. I can find better storage units elsewhere. Also this company owns many storage facilities here in Minnesota and other states. If you call the number listed for the facility you are interested in, you get a person (you may understand) in North Dakota. You cant get ahold of the actual person running the facility you want. So if you have questions about the facility, goodluck getting the right information. Five Star Storage is run in a bad corporate way. You are only a number with a numbered unit. That's it. Beware and look elsewhere.
