Five Star Storage

This storage facility is very accommodating and clean and I love that they have a gate you have a code to enter. Makes the facility more secure.

I had my storage unit over 15 years with northland. Never had any issues. I also at one point had a storage unit in Bismarck with Five Star and I LOVED them. They were amazing at the Bismarck location. Went above and beyond. Just super kind people!

Apparently the service has gone downhill. I cleaned out my storage unit mid November. I paid my fee for November. I also gave notice that I was vacating by the 15th, they accepted my notice. I let them know the unit was cleaned and ready for them. They looked it over and texted me making sure I was satisfied and ready to turn it over. Said yes to both. Thought I was done with the unit.

December I get a call asking if I’m keeping the unit. I return said call explaining no, I had already moved out and everything was completed. Guy said he’d fix issue.

Apparently not. I’ve had to since talk to FOUR seperate people because I keep getting overdue calls for December for a unit I don’t even have. No one seems to be able to fix this issue.

Maybe they’ve gotten too big to maintain their amazing service? I’m not sure but I shouldn’t have to waste this much time or effort trying to get someone to help.
