Did a great job on my move . reasonable price. Was on time. Everything went perfect

Had an appointment for a move called the morning of to confirm appointment was told they would be about 2 hours later than scheduled. When they did NOT show up at the later time I called and my call went to voice mail, it's 2 days later and still haven't heard from anyone. They will promise service but they are a NO SHOW and don't even have the courtesy to call and let you know! Don't waste your time!!

I wish there was an option for NEGATIVE 5 stars.

My mother and I hired this company to move on Saturday Sept 2nd, 2017. She was told they would show up 9-11 am. So at 8 am, she called just to verify everything was still set in stone in case she needed to make backup arrangements. The lady stated it looked like it might be closer to 1 pm, instead of the 9-11 am she promised to us previously. So we waited until 1 pm, and still no show. So, after calling and leaving messages, the lady calls us back to say she will call the moving staff and call us 'right back' with their new ETA. Needless to say that we NEVER heard back from the moving company and they never showed and they stopped returning our calls. We ended up having to make other arrangements to get her items moved at the last minute.

How 'Flat Rate Movers' is in business is beyond me. The company (if you can even call it that) is full of unprofessional, inept rejects, that give worse customer service than a drunk Taco Bell employee.

I rate Flatrate Movers a NEGATIVE 5 stars, and send out a word of advice to anyone ever considering using this poor excuse of a company. Save yourself the headache and do not call them!
