Terrible experience. Did not show up on day of move, putting us in a terrible bind since we had to move out that day. Do not use this company. Awful...

I never thought I would ever say this but I found a moving company that not only moved us without a hitch but had integrity and professionalism. These traits are not commonly found in this field. The men were pleasant, understanding and considerate of our every request. 5-stars to Marco and his organization. TY again, Kevin

The law firm I work for moved from a difficult to navigate set of offices, which included a set of wooden outside stairs.

Marco and his crew went above and beyond to accommodate us, including a Sunday load-up and Monday offload. Marco even retrieved several very heavy, unwieldy antiques from a separate storage unit. He stayed onsite for the majority of both days, and when it became necessary to return a third time to move an extremely heavy piece, he did not hesitate.

Marco was responsive, easy to work with, and his crews are hardworking and easy to interact with.

I can recommend Marco and Flat Rate Moving because I was impressed with the dedication care shown.

Flat Rate Movers aren’t named that for nothing. My move was inexpensive because it was a fixed price, just like their name suggests. Our things were safely transported and the movers checked in with us to make sure we were satisfied with our experience. Thanks again!

Workers are good when they FINALLY show up 33 hours late. Ok a substantial discount is a LIE!!!!!! Allow me to elaborate
I had a 9:00 am appointment on 8/26/2018 and I was told numerous time throughout the day 'someone' was coming and my move was gonna happen. Flash forward to 8:45 pm (I'm still waiting) I get a text telling me I'll need to reschedule!!!!!!! I get moved at 6:30 pm on 8/27/2018.
They told me on the phone they only charge and hourly rate for the time their working and the $50 travel fee covered any driving they did. At the end of my move they charged me for the entire time for the move (even the drive time) PLUS the $50 travel. So this substantial discount he gave me was the $50 travel fee I shouldn't have been charged since they charge me for the full time the movers were with me (driving included) anyway. I still have my receipt as proof.
I can go on, but I think I made my point. I paid full price for my move after they were 33 hours late and tried to overcharge me.
I would appreciate if you wouldn't try to play the victim at my expense!
