Last minute call for move the next day. That did a great job. Even in the rain they got things into the house without getting wet. Very professional. Thanks again!

Review:
3pm appointment showed up at 8:45pm. Supposed to come back next day to finish, already 3 and a half hours late and no call. Unreliable. Poor communication. No respect for client time and needs. Take your business elsewhere!

Review:
They were extremely rude, the owner had to be called for them to finish the job, they broke several things that are EXPENSIVE, and the owner will not call me back to fix anything.
I was over charged at the end. I have left repeated messages, and NO ONE will call us back.
At one point during the move the truck came out of gear in our driveway and almost injured the two guys that were on the ramp with my china Cabinet in hand. They guys said this happens all the time. YIKES.
DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!!

I selected Flat Rate Movers for my move from San Antonio to Bulverde. We moved from 10AM to 10:30PM & my team from Flat Rate Movers were the absolute BEST! I highly recommend this company. Even though the day was long they made the move go really smoothly and I am forever grateful to the entire team. Thank you Flat Rate Movers!!!
