FlatRate Moving

i booked a coast to coast move with them. i asked that my items be fully insured. when they delivered, my brand new 55” flat screen oled was bent and wont turn on. now im unable to get a hold of customer service to recoup my losses. you would think that any company moving flat screen tvs would know to use edge protectors and be careful with such a delicate and expensive item. other delicate items in my move were also damaged.

We’ve use this company time after time and each and every time they are professional and wiling to go above and beyond!!!

The move went very smoothly even with several pick up locations before the final delivery destination.
