My foreman Tyrone and the moving team were amazing. They went over and above time and time again. This was not an easy move - 4 flights of stairs, city in quarantine. They were friendly, efficient, professional and helpful in every possible way. Ming managed my scheduling and she was a voice of calm and reason in the midst of my moving craziness. I recommend FlatRate to anyone and will certainly use you again. Thank you all!

unfortunately cannot give zero stars. backwards unprofessional operation. smashed a television of mine alongside a few other precious, priceless family heirlooms which i was then offered 400 dollars compensation for. zero accountability, rarely answer the phone, and if they do they say the decision making is handled by managers you will never get a call from or another department entirely to just pass the buck. i can’t recommend STAYING AWAY AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE from working with these people. there are plenty of other options available.
