They couldn't even answer the phone, or return my voice-mail. Flegel has been around for years, but they can not be trusted.

Lost a key to open a curio cabinet and told me they don’t know what happened but I’ll just have to call a locksmith that I would have to pay for. I asked to talk to Casey and told he would call me if he was interested in talking to me then they hung up on me.

Really great and friendly.
