Flex Moving & Storage

Tre and Des were unbelievably great. I had so MANY boxes. Heavy ones. And lots of miscellaneous items that I was sure they would not find a way to get it all in trailer. But with their skill and “how to” they got every single item safely inside. I am amazed and could not have asked for a better team. Definitely would use again.

Pros: Trailer is in great condition. My things were moved safely.
Cons: Random, inconsistent pricing. I was given different weird pricing when calling for a quote on moving my trailer that they already had. Could not get a manager on the phone for a week. Ended up paying the same price that I was quoted for broward county to get it in West Palm Beach which is 35miles apart but they tell you the pricing is based on distance. Trailer came from Tampa so it doesn’t make sense. Finally spoke with a manager (Joey?) and was told I’d get an email and call back, didn’t happen. Can’t recommend.

Josh was very accomodating and helpful. The real flex was the experience that was given. The costumer service and professionalism was five star.

Josh and Joseline are fast, careful, and very easy to work with. Great guys. Side note: Josh really made my stress level go down. And Jonathan the salesman really came through for me.
