Flex Storage, Wetumpka North

For roughly 6 years or more, I have had 2 units at this location, and EVERY YEAR I get at least 2 notices that my RENT is INCREASING. They typically increase one unit at a time. Their notice claims 'We are excited to utilize this opportunity to make further improvements to the property and to your overall experience with us.' However, the only experience I get from them raising the rent is a higher bill, nothing else has changed for me otherwise in 6 years. Just be aware. The two stars are because at least it is clean.
