Florida Family Movers

They were late, they damaged two of our bookcases (completely destroying one), broke a box clearly labeled as fragile, they asked me multiple times if I really wanted them to move it and not just take it in my car for multiple boxes and items. Overall it seemed like they didn't want to work, took them almost 2 times as long as it took the moving company that got me into the place they moved me out of. So not use, find another mover.....

What a disaster! They didn't even show up! We sat and waited for 31/2 hours. They never called. We called them 6 times. We left messages. They did not return our calls, not even the next day. This has cost us money not to mention the stress. The explanation when I called them the next day? Their first move of the day ran late. Fine. Can you call us and let us know? Oh, and this happened at the end of the month, so no, we cannot find another mover at the last minute. By the way, it is the owners that did this to us, not rank and file office staff or the actual movers... the OWNERS. I was also told that it is NORMAL for movers not to show up. So if you choose to do business with this company, remember, this is their stated norm. Do yourself a favor though, do not use this company when the owners themselves set such poor standards. You might end up like us, having to pay extra rent and dealing with extra stress at moving time.
