Florida Family Movers

Stay away from this company. Theresa gave us an estimate of 9 hours to do the move and it took 15 hrs, just because they dropped everything in the garage, if not, it was going to take 24 hrs. They damaged our furniture, which includes scratched bed, $1500 road bike, broken mirror and broken coffee table. Movers keep apologizing and saying Theresa will be refunding us or fixing all the damages. Well, after a week of the move, Theresa is nowhere to be found. She does not return calls or texts, but she was pretty fast in charging us for the move and very disrespectful when we tried to talk to her about all the damages over the phone the first night after the move. Yes, you heard right, they couldn’t finish the move in one day, they had to come back. Very unorganized company. We made a mistake in hiring them, do not make the same mistake.

Roy and kyle were the best! They were prompt, Professional and so kind. I definitely will refer all my friends to Florida Family Movers and a big thanks to Theresa as well thanks for scheduling us and making sure we had all our info for the move and for answering all our questions. From start to finish, Florida Family Movers was fantastic. Theresa was up-front about costs, got us scheduled, and answered any questions I had.

On moving day, Roy and Kyle were efficient, professional and friendly, and absolutely went above and beyond for my mom and I. Moving is always stressful but those two made today a good day.
