Left us in such a bind. Didn’t show up then wound up canceling on a day we had to have the items moved out by. I would highly recommend passing these movers by. Not dependable at all.

I was helping my friend move in Clermont and we needed movers to help us with the big stuff. Kyle and Kevin came to our rescue! They were amazing and so helpful. They had my friends furniture out of the old place in under 30mins. They made the transition incredibly easy. I am so grateful to have had their assistance. Scheduled a week out, day before get pushed back to 1pm then without notice call to get ETA, get pushed back to 4pm, without another notice they canceled on me bad business

Florida Family Movers made my partner and I's local move fairly stress-free. Each time I called into the office with questions, I spoke with Teresa who was kind and transparent about their pricing and policies. On the day of move-in, Levi and Kyle arrived on time, ready to get started. Prior moving companies damaged our furniture, but Kyle and Levi moved quickly and handled our items with care. They knew exactly how to orient the large items to avoid unnecessary damage and we are so thankful! They even offered to help unload our car which we planned on doing ourselves. I couldn't have asked for a smoother move-in day. Thank you!
