Jon and Rachel take the most difficult part of piano ownership, the moving process, and do it in a streamlined, experienced manner. I speak from the pickup side (a Cable Nelson Baby Grand) experience. Later that day the new owner had the piano in his home and was over-the-moon happy. My very best to you two.
