Manager helped us with the planning and provided clear answers to all our questions about their services and the related topics such as insurance. Movers did a fantastic job too.

Pathetic service, if I had the option to give 0 stars I would!

No value for time: They arrived 3 days late to pick up my furniture and 4 hours later than the said time. Reason: 'I got drunk last night and woke up late!' - Mr. Ernest Fomenji. Promised time for delivery was 5-7 days, everything arrived on the 12th day, only partially though.

Lack of responsibility and responsiveness:
I kept messaging him every day to get an update, Mr. Ernest Fomenji had LEFT THE COUNTRY so his phone was not reachable, I kept wondering if I will ever get my furniture.

Finally I reach out to him on whatsapp, and he says my furniture is stuck at the Abq Freight station because some payment is pending. I go there personally to find out 1000 dollars payment is not done, I paid it for which Fomenji paid me back, but turns out he has not arranged any means of transport from the station to my apartment. I had to find my own truck and manpower to shift my sofa, TV, coffee table everything!

When finally, I arrive at the station to pick up my furniture, they say the contract was signed by Mr Fomenji so I cannot pick up my own stuff, he needs to come in person or answer the damn phone. Mr. Fomenji was unavailable throughout, I had to cancel and rebook the truck and manpower.

I even tried calling him on whatsapp and he would say he is AT A PARTY so cannot answer my phone call??!! He kept uploading his photos of hookah and alcohol on whatsapp status when I was dealing with the hassle of shifting furniture, which was HIS JOB especially after having paid him a total of 3500 dollars.

When i opened the packages, my mirror was broke, my TV stand is damaged on the edges which is obviously visible, a leg of my sofa was missing, my mattress was so dirty! My chairs are damaged.

The service was so damn poor, Mr Fomenji did not take responsibility for any of this. When asked for refund, he says he can buy me a mirror since it's broke?? Seriously? He says he owes me a vacation, sorry but what?

You're better off on your own if you are booking his services. I was so close to filing a complain against him, I just don't have enough money to pursue a law suit, but my experience with Fomenji Moving was a nightmare. I highly recommend NOT BOOKING his services.

Absolutely useless company. I booked them to haul a few things and they never showed up. Stay away from this Business.
