Do yourself a favor and stay well away from this company. On 3/18/2016 I hired Forbes Distribution to move a leather sofa from the upstairs to the downstairs in my home. Unfortunately during the move the sofa was scraped along the handrail and both the sofa and the handrail were damaged. I made at least a half dozen calls to the office requesting that someone from the customer service department call me so that we could discuss how the repairs were to be handled. I received no return phone call. I did finally speak with Alex 3 weeks later and we set an appointment for him to visit my home to inspect the damages. He did not show at the appointed time or call to reschedule. Since then another half dozen voice mails to Alex have not been returned. I would say that the customer service in this company was horrendous but first there would have to be a culture of customer service. In my experience customer service at Forbes Distribution is nonexistent
