Unbelievable, expertly, professional and courteous service by your technician who came to tune our piano . Mathew was so precise in all the work needed to do the job 120 percent . Very impressed with his knowledge of all the intricate and delicate parts of our piano. He took pride in his work and it shows.

We have a Kimball console that needed tuning. Matthew was thorough and patient as he removed the action, refined the jacks in the bass, cleaned and polished our keys! This service is stellar.

Matthew is the consummate piano technician. He spent a lot of time troubleshooting several issues with our Baldwin Grand, the least of which was a squeak due to a faulty front fall, and the most being a lot of notes terribly out of tune!! He was thorough and gave great attention to detail. I have perfect pitch, and am quite picky when it comes to tuning the piano, and I was more than JUST pleased with the tuning and attention to future improvements I will doubtlessly be making with him.

Matthew has not only brought out an incredibly balanced and beautiful sound in our Kawai GL-10, he worked until the piano was in its best state regardless of the time required to get there.
