Great place, one of the workers even helped us empty the moving truck. Love that they have a moving truck to help customers. The lady at the front desk is very helpful. Great customer service

Review:

Thieves have broken into the storage area where we park our motorhome. Twice they have stolen from us. First time was several years ago when they broke into it and stole our brand new 42' TV we had just installed. Manager at Fort Knox assured us that security cameras would be installed in our area. Well, second time thieves have done something again. This time they cut the catalytic converter from our motorhome and approximately 8 others. The storage facility will do nothing. And security cameras were never installed.
