Fort Wayne Storage - Southwest

Not happy that you don’t bother to have anyone at the Southwest location apparently at all anymore.
When I rented this last time there were hours posted for Saturday but nobody was there.
The posting was current at the time.
Your kiosk isn’t user friendly and at times doesn’t even work.
Not having a person in the office during the week shows how little a company cares.
It’s all about money.

However,
I’ve used your location before and will attempt to continue to do so.
The storage areas are clean and reasonably priced.
For that I sincerely Thank You.

Everyone was so Pleasant I had a great 7years of service.
