Indoor storage is clean and easy to access, the property is well taken care of and there was always a selection of carts and hand trucks. Staff was always friendly and helpful, would definitely use again

I love Fountain Lakes storage. First I was greeted by a very well groomed, very nice, well informed very efficient manager of the facility that went through all of the storage areas available and cost, gave me a tour and found a storage area closest to one of two loading areas. The facility is new, exceptionally clean, well ventilated and cool. Perfect for storing everything we need. The cost is reasonable, if not exceptional for such a terrific place. Entry is controlled by a unique code. The manager also sold us an terrific new type of lock which is tamper proof. I have used other storage facilities before and this one is ten times better than competitors. I will use them again.

Now for an update 5 months later. 5++++ stars. First, what really impressed me and my wife was the security. The way they have set up the doors makes it nearly impossible for intruders. We always felt safe which was a really important feathure. Second, it is very well lit and very clean. You could eat off their floors. They have background music playing which is also very nice when you are in your storage area working. They make billing and payment very easy with regular notices of payment due and made. Finally, the same very nice manager of the facility did my exit clearance. Sorry I didn't get his name again. But this guy is a keeper!
