After two hours of waiting for them to show up outside of the scheduled time window, we wanted confirmation they have workman's comp insurance and it turns out they do not have insurance for workmans comp. He then abruptly cancelled the job and was rude about it to boot. I would look for a company more reliable and with insurance if thats what you require like we do.

Have used them twice and both great moves. Matt is awesome and helpful and the movers were friendly, professional, careful, and efficient.

I'm not sure what happened between a year ago when all the positive reviews were written and now. I chose them because of the reviews, but my experience was quite opposite. I scheduled my move on Monday between 9 and 10AM. I called around 9:45, because I had a gut feeling that something was off. When I called, they told me they had a glitch in their system when I scheduled the move, and that I was on their calendar for Tuesday. I was told that they could get movers out by the end of Monday morning - which I was very thankful for. 12PM rolls around, and I call to check on the status. Mind you, I have a one year old and my husband was working. Everything was packed, and I was relying on the movers to get the job done as promised. I give the company a call, and I'm told that they're on their way. Great! 2PM rolls around, still nothing. I give them a call again at 3PM. At this point, I've been very gracious, but was getting irritated and wanted to know the truth. Will I be moving today? During this phone call at 3, I'm told that they're just going to cancel me because it sounds like 'I'm going to be a problem'. Verbatim. I highly do NOT recommend them. Pay more, get better service, get honesty. Ridiculous.

Never showed up for appointment and when I contacted was advised they went to another job so they will get to me when they get to me as my job was small. When I advised this was horrible customer service and this was unacceptable the representative proceeded to tell me to keep my money they don't need it and would just cancel my job!Extremely nasty and rude and would not reccomend anyone using this company.

Great service. Matt was great before and after. The movers were fast and helpful.
