This company broke a ton of our stuff, and the truck destroyed property and they won’t call us back or pay for what they damaged.

These guys are simply amazing!

They were always punctual and stayed in communication.

They estimated that the job would take 2 days. However, these guys are beasts! They were more of than halfway finished on the first day. They offered us the option of sticking with the plan and coming back the next day or staying and finishing.

We chose them latter. It saved us at least $3000!

They were prompt, efficient and careful. They came and packed us up, moved to our new house and unpacked us in record time.

I highly recommend them and would use them again (though I never want to move again!)

The truck driver called me on a Saturday. I told him I would be available any day except Tuesday for delivery. He calls me back Monday and says he needs to make delivery on Tuesday. I told him no. He agreed to Wednesday afternoon. Wednesday afternoon he insists on making delivery at 8pm or threatens
to charge me $650 for refusing to accept delivery. He then shows up and makes delivery and leaves someone else's items at my house. When I called him back to tell him, he refused to pick up the person's belongings.

I am an experienced mover and was very frustrated until I hired Four Seasons Moving. After reading a favorable review, I contacted Annie and am so happy I did. Prior to Annie, the last movers I hired whined and complained to upsell their time and add onto the bill. This was on both sides of the move. They were pretty careless and damaged a rare concrete dining room table beyond practical repair. A lot of other damage occurred because items were moved without protection.

So, I concluded that it was cultural, within the organization. From start to beginning, as I reflect, it was a careless process. Literally, just checking boxes.

In addition to my very heavy concrete table, I have a very bulky and heavy King sized bed frame and dresser. The bed assembly was handled personally by Manny and the crew and they did an impeccable job.

Manny made sure to ask me about many things during the packing and unpacking progress. He and the crew didn't miss a thing and even prompted me to make a 'better' decision.
