I was not notified of a change in delivery date. Traveled a total of 2 hours to, and back from, my new place and they did not show. Took my originator 2 hours and multiple phone calls to find out the delivery was delayed. Non existent communication.

If negative stars were a thing I am sure this company would have them.

Military move. This company should be black listed for working with the military. Absolute worst packing company we’ve dealt with in the last 14 years. Half our household goods are missing the other half is broken. Couches all have mold. Put a hole in our 82” tv and bent is side ways.
Move coordinator/front desk lady Renee has no idea what is going on at all times. Couldn’t even find her crews all day on the first day of packing. We were told two days of packing and one day to load. Day one they showed up at 3pm after we questioned where they were all day, dropped off boxes and left. Day two the packers quite literally picked up any full drawer they could find and dumbed into boxes. I’m talking night stand drawers dumped in the middle of clothes. Clothes that were in a dresser and folded. The male packer who packed our upstairs drug our furniture, down three flights of stairs by himself.
Dispatcher shows up to help load on the load date and says “told you we could do it in one day”. They sure did creating $10K in damage. Then they had to load our household goods into crates and were so lazy, they pulled everything from the top of the truck and put it in the bottom of crates, crushing all the light boxes.
We have an entire dresser, king mattress, king box spring and cabinet missing. Other items were never put on the inventory (cloth closets, 8x10 area rugs, all the children’s winter clothes) and then said items did not show up to our new house.

If you would love to have your house hold goods treated like literal garbage, this is your company. They will be useless, trash all of your stuff and dust their hands of it.

National Claims process was just as garbage. Took them 58 of the 60 days to settle the claims process. And when we would ask for an update we were told there were many other claims in front of us that needed handled first. So very apparent they have a very high claims rate.

First, the actual personnel that came to my home for the move were professional and efficient. I stored my household goods and furniture with Fox Hollow for a year. I was pleasantly surprised that the same team delivered my possessions to my new home and they were just as professional and efficient as they were the first time. The team deserves 5 stars. However, this business does not. I had an incredible amount of damage to pieces that can't be replaced. One of my the legs on a solid wood dining room chair was snapped in half. The chair was custom built using no nails or screws. A leg of my dining room table had its joint broken and was crooked. A family heirloom cedar chest had a leg snapped off. A solid wood hutch came back with a hole in the back. Several boxes were lost including one with one of 6 of my couch pillows and several pewter serving pieces. A box of shoes was not returned. A water cooler was not returned. They did try to deliver a piece of furniture that was not mine.
I understand that sometimes things go wrong. I filed a claim and that is where the sketchy business practices come in. A month after the claim was filed 1 followed up and was told 'its in claim', I asked how the process worked and received no response. Two weeks later, I followed up again, again, no response. I called and was told i had to speak with Kim at a different number. I called and it was a different company all together. I was told Kim didn't work in that office. I explained the situation and the young lady on the phone said she would give Ken (owner) a message. I've left 3 messages for Ken and no one will give me his number. I spent well over $6,000 with this company and they will not pay the $1,100 claim for goods the clearly lost and/or damaged. Please don't use this company if you care about your thing. My move in was 5 month ago and I have yet to be contacted by this company.
