Outstanding Moving Experience with Fox Moving and Storage!

I recently used Fox Moving and Storage for my move, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! The three movers were incredibly fast, efficient, and handled everything with care. This was by far the quickest and smoothest move I’ve ever had. I’m so glad I found this company on Facebook—one of the best decisions I’ve made! I will definitely be using them again for my next move. Highly recommend!

I have yet to start a move that was originally scheduled for 9 AM today. It was moved back to 12 and that was agreed upon. When I called to check at 11:30 they said it would be 2 PM. Then I call again and they say even later. When the actually movers called I was told my window was between 2-6 pm but I was never informed of this. It is now 415 and I cannot get anyone on the phone to see where the movers are. Another family member called and they answered for them….they will show up potentially at 5:30. Yes, you called on Thursday to discuss and I did not call until 5 PMthe next day but you could have also followed up within 24 hours to make sure l. It has been miscommunication after miscommunication and I am not impressed.

Guys were prompt and efficient.
