Bad company for me! They moved my stuff cross country, and after they loaded up, the lead mover came in with the contract to sign, and it was over a thousand more then what I was quoted on the phone! Why didn't I sign it then? Because she said it had to be done on that day, because it had to be done after the mover did inventory while loading to make sure we were both on the same page of what was pick up, and the condition of my items, my items were all less then a year old, so like new!!! So then I was contacted by a rep. after delivery, and asked me how everything was? I told her my furniture was scratched, pieces lost, kitchen stuff, and bedroom broken, she told me to send her a list, and pics on an email, so they could reimburse me, and I did right away, and till this day I haven't heard back from them!!! My advice to you looking for moving company MOVE ON FROM THIS ONE!!! Good luck.

In a previous post they stated that they sent me to their claims department and I couldn’t prove damages. I most certainly can prove damages, I can also prove that the company forged my signature on various documents. Look closely at the paperwork they’ve given you.

These guys saved me !!!I We did a full service move that was not easy. A lot of over sized paintings (104' X 64') many a bit smaller ... sculptures etc. Everything was packed well and most important arrived in good condition. the truck arrived with 4 people, all hard workers; organizing the move very well. This was a really a stressful move for us and i can't tell you how happy we were with the the whole process especially with the delivery when we saw all our paintings, sculptures and the rest of our studio delivered in perfect condition.If I could I would give them 6 stars.

contracted by Purple Heart moving - who lied to me pretending they ran their own trucks-, showing up 1.5 hours late and asking an extra $450 cash to do the move or leave, in cahoots with Purple Heart to justify the extra money- you'll never get a cent back since you paid their contractor deposit already-, unfortunately most moving companies in NY are of that level, expect to be jacked and nicely blackmailed upon pick up with unquantifiable excuses, and then have your stuff delivered by another contractor. You've been warned !

Professional work they went beyond what we asked for on time and even earlier from NY to NC the team Alex and Louis are top notch professionals at their craft I would highly recommend these guys they take care of your furniture like it was their own I was astound even the TVs were box by them I can’t see how they got negative reviews Andy is great for keeping everything together and communicating with us through our trip again thanks.
