I recently purchased a Baldwin upright from Frank & Camille’s to replace an older piano that was having mechanical issues. The manager, Chris, was wonderful. We originally spoke by phone, when he promptly sent me links to various pianos I was considering and invited me in to see and play them. I had occasion to be in the area (on short notice) and left a message asking if I could stop by (I was in the parking lot). Chris immediately got back to me and rushed into the store. I found him to be honest, knowledgeable, and solicitous. I was treated like a family friend. I am very happy with my purchase and the process and would highly recommend Frank & Camille’s. And Chris!

After three years, we did a trade-in for a new upright Seiler piano and both times, I can genuinely say Camille and Eric went out of their way to match the right piano with our family. I purchased the blue ED126 Seiler and to say this piano is breathtaking is an understatement. It is the nicest, most stand out piece of furniture in the room and the quality sound of this piano is even better than the look. Thank you Camille for helping me choose the first brand new piano I’ve ever owned, I’m 49 and have been playing since I’m 7 and I couldn’t be happier. This piano will remain in my family forever.

Updating my review as I am upgrading my piano to a certified pre-owned Baldwin Conservatory Grand recently from Frank & Camille Piano store. I first visited the store in 2019 when my child just starts to take private piano lessons, and Camille and Chris help me selecting a new Baldwin upright back then. We were verry happy with that purchase and that upright fit our needs back then. Now my child is ready for a Grand piano, so I came back to the same store again because the positive experience I had in the past with the store. AGAIN, Chris introduced quite a few grand pianos, both new and pre-owned ones, and my child tried on them all. We finally decide on the pre-owned Baldwin SF10. Both store owner Camille and the manager Chris are knowledge and take the time to answer my numerous questions about this particular piano and another one I was considering. This grand is a work of art and the rich and warm sound it can produce is an inspiration to my child when he practices.

The whole purchase process is very pleasant and efficient, just like last time. The delivery is on time as arranged and third-party piano moving company recommended by the piano store is trustworthy and carefully handled and safely moved the 800 pounds piano into my living room without a scratch on any of my furniture and definitely not on the piano itself. I also have been using the same third-party tuning services they recommended since my first piano in 2019. I like going to the same store which bring positive experience, and I would definitely recommend Camille's piano store to my family and friends who love piano and music.
