The absolute best in the business! Knowledgeable, very careful, & polite - Frank & Richard truly went the extra mile for me (quite literally.) I used then in the past for my upright (which went swiftly.) However, I recently got a 7ft grand and he met me all the way in Parkland, FL and took it to my home in Palm Bay, FL. They also removed an antique upright I no longer needed, at a great price. They use the utmost care without leaving a single scratch on your instrument. I recommend to anyone who wants to ensure they’re getting the best deal.
