Kwan, the owner was on the job for all 3 of my moves. They are honest and very pleasant to work with. Very flexible as we were not totally ready when they arrived. They work fast, but very carefully and respect your walls and property. I have had movers break things, steal things and it is so refreshing to find an absolutely wonderful moving company. Very fair with pricing. Kwan truthfully takes a lot of stress out of moving days. Thank you!

We hired this company this past weekend. The guys were great, truly professional movers. My 'problem' was with the owner, we agreed on a 2 people job, we were going to meet in the morning but because of the rain we had to change the meeting time ( so good so far), at the time of the event they showed up 2 hours and 30 mins LATE, the owner did apologize and said: 'because of the inconvenience I brought 1 more person' (which we were happy to take), it took them 2 hours and 15min to move everything, which was ok, it was also a small apartment so I guess it's the average?
Anyways, when we were going to pay, as agreed before hand, the amount of 425$ for the whole job since it was done in 2 hours, but his approach to overcharge me was that he brought 1 extra person, so he needs to be paid. (I would definitely agree on this IF he wouldn't have showed up 2 hours and a half late AND said he brought this extra person as an apology), we really didn't argue it since we have had a very long day before and ahead of us, so we just paid.
I'm just posting this for you 'future customer' to take in consideration that they WILL overcharge you.
We ended up paying 525$

Kwan and his guys did a great job. They were fast and efficient. Couldn't really ask for more.

I called Franklin Reliable Movers and I couldn’t have been more pleased. The owner, Kwan, and his team was amazing start to finish. They were punctual, efficient, and clearly cared how they handled my furniture. I had a couch that was difficult to get into my apartment but Kwan found a way to make it work. I will recommend Franklin Reliable Movers to anyone who is in need of a moving company.

Franklin Reliable Mover great company on 10/4/21 I use this Company, Kwan was very professional on the phone and in person. He notified me cause he was running 15minute late with his previous job and both Kwan and Shaun very pleasant people. I had last minute change in my plan and explained to Kwan he took the extra job, which I was very happy and not expensive. I would certainly use them again and recommend. Sylvia P
