I had a wonderful experience at FreeUp Storage yesterday with Christy! She has been so kind and helpful since to first time we spoke! I had spoken to her a few times on the phone to set up an appointment and when I needed to reschedule, she was so understanding and kind. When I went in yesterday to set up my storage, she was extremely personable, she remembered details, who I was, was very friendly, and answered all of my questions. She really knows how to interact with people and that to me speaks volumes! The process was very easy and her office was so clean. I am very happy I chose to use this location and will refer all my friends and family.

I want to thank Christy for being so nice pleasant and knowledgeable. She was great and helped us with all our needs.

Had a wonderful time getting our first storage unit today. Christy helped us immensely with picking out the right size for us. Taking the time to drive from her office to the unit(s) to show us the different options. Back again for paperwork and one last time to the unit for locks, all 30 minutes before closing time. It is a privilege to have meet Christy.

The leasing experience was smooth, considerate and fast. Though I haven't reviewed my lease yet. It was instantly sent to my email.
