The drivers were extremely courteous. They kept in contact with us along the whole way. Would definitely hire the drivers again and would recommend to anyone.

First time I have used a shipping broker, I was able to coordinate 5 trucks carrying 8 loads to 6 different locations with Freedom Auto Transport.

BUYER BEWARE- MOST OF THEIR REVIEWS SEEM FAKED- The only reason for the 1 star is because they charged me 75 bucks after the delivery without notifying me, and ‘Jake’ who helped me is not answering his phone all of a sudden. He specifically told me that I wouldn’t be charged more than what I agreed to, unless there were bags and extra weight in the back, which there wasn’t. Also I am not 100 percent sure, but they might have ripped off my rear bumper. I know it definitely wasn’t always like that because my broker sent me a lot of pics and none of which were the rear bumper being off at all. I was very satisfied with the timing of the trip, it came within 4-6 days, I don’t remember exactly, but it was very fast as it was coming from California to where I am in Connecticut. The drivers who delivered my car were very polite. I would have given 5 stars if they didn’t scam me out of 75 dollars. Do not give your debit card or bank information to make a deposit. Use another form of payment so they can’t steal your money.
