Excellent service top to bottom. Communication was great and my move was successful in every way.

We heard horror stories of friends with cross country movers from New Jersey to Florida. But the experience with Mayflower was flawless from beginning to end. All of our items arrived within the delivery window, there was no price gouging, and the movers were friendly and efficient.

Luis is awesome!!! He and his crew went far and beyond to make everything perfect for us. They were punctual and conscientious and cautious. Everything came in great condition. Jimmy from Mount of Olives was just as awesome! A spectacular job all around.

If I could give no stars I would. I went with Mayflower because they are nationally known and been around for years. Although the agent and the movers were quite nice, they failed to explain to this first time mover why I should seriously consider their EXTRA insurance over their pennies on the pound included insurance for furniture. Through their negligence, they destroyed my cast iron patio table and chair (value $3000+) and offered me only $84 to replace it because I didn't include it in the requisite high value insurance. I went to arbitration and for months their attorneys fought me because the bill of lading specifically states they are only responsible to pay 60 cents a pound. I argued their own driver insinuated it was their fault and I was not properly informed on what to include in high value insurance. I won the arbitration and they still stonewalled me. After five months, I prevailed, but what an ordeal. They should be ashamed at how I was treated. They are the professionals, not me.
