As we received estimates from different movers for our cross country move from NJ to TX, our move consultant, Lori Gilroy, was excellent to work with. She was professional and patient with all of our questions and she was always super fast to respond. She set proper expectations with us from the onset and set the tone for the positive experience we had.

Having Marivel Barreda as our relocation coordinator was great. Marivel had a cheerful disposition which is much needed with the stress that comes with a large move. Marivel over communicated dates and timing via phone and email so we were always in the know about each step. When we had questions about costs and pricing, she shared her knowledge and recommendations to help us with the best timing.

On our pack day, Clive, and Tommy were prompt, professional, organized and handled all of our items with care. They made a great team as they navigated our home and they were very focused throughout packing. I am happy to report after unboxing our items, everything was intact. Thanks to their detailed notes on each box it was a smooth unpacking process as well and we knew where everything would go once we were in our new home.

Edy and his team took care of loading our items and I have never seen a more efficient team. One minute there were stacks of boxes and the next they were already loaded into the truck. They were very methodical in the process and it was a sight to see.

Israel and his team helped us with all of the unloading into our new home. They took great care to keep everything neat and tidy, and Israel was patient in walking me through the process to ensure we accounted for all of our items. They unloaded super quickly and left our home in great shape for us to begin unpacking.

Our 1200 mile move went very smoothly. The materials and truck were very clean. The movers were friendly and efficient. Everything was well protected; nothing was broken or lost. David Amoss, our agent, handled all the details and made the move less stressful. He coordinated everything very well. The truck arrived on-time at the new destination.

While i moved locally within Fairfield, CT what i liked about the move was how the team was responsive and professional on Move day. At the time of prospecting and in-house estimates most companies send their best folks out but a lot of gap typically emerges on the day of the move. In this case, i was pleasantly surprised by the team they had sent over... it was a big and long move for the team but found them cheery through out the day. Would recommend
