I have some good and some not so good

The storage building closes at 10 and I was in my unit and didn’t realize it was about five minutes after 10. I hurried to the gate to try to get out and leave, but I was locked in. I couldn’t find any way to get out on my own. I called the fire department and they were able to come and turn their sirens on which activated an emergency unlock and I was able to get out. I think there is a bit of a rat problem because I noticed some of my boxes had been chewed through with Little pieces of paper and what not all over the floor from where some of my things had been chewed up. With all that aside, it is in a convenient place and I was happy with the fact of the first two months getting a discount whenever I rented my unit. They have been good with working with me when I have been a little late on payments.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with Freedom Storage. The overall condition of the facility is appalling. Trash and debris are scattered throughout the property, creating an unsanitary and unsafe environment. The units themselves are equally neglected. This level of neglect is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the security of stored belongings.

Great safe location with locked gate and employees are very responsive.

This storage facility has a rodent problem (even locked and secured units are not exempt from this) and their insurance policy will not cover the full extent of your damages. Be warned.
