Great customer service and the prices are reasonable for the units. However, I have informed Management about the dumpster been overflowing for the last month, nothing has been done about it. There's trash everywhere around the dumpster, no only it is an eye sore but also there's no where to dispose of trash.

We moved across the country and needed a place to store our things for a year. We contacted L & R Storage and were taken care of right away. The move in process was very easy, mostly online and the unit was perfect for our needs. The price was very fair and we set up auto pay by credit card. We enjoyed access to our unit at any time and appreciated the cleanliness of the complex. It was quiet and we very rarely saw other tenants. Very easy access off of the highway with tons of room to move our trailer around. Should I need a storage unit in the future, I will be back!

These people are so UNETHICAL THAT THEY NEED TO BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS!!! I was recently in the hospital for almost two months. During that time, these people sent me a picture, via text, of what was left in my storage unit after a break-in. I was paying RENTAL INSURANCE, to them, every month with my monthly payment. It's been a NIGHTMARE DEALING WITH THESE PEOPLE TO GET A CLAIM FILED OR ANY HONEST ASSISTANCE FROM THEM! I filed a police report with the Buncombe County Sheriff's Department and they investigated. I had initially asked, several times I might add, for the facility to PLEASE HELP ME BY VIEWING THEIR CAMERA FOOTAGE and to provide the insurance company information to start the claim process. They ignored the request until after the investigation started. They told the Detective assigned to my case that they didn't have any footage they could share because A STORM HIT THEIR CAMERAS AND THEY HAD NO BACKUP SYSTEM...... BOTTOM LINE... NO FOOTAGE AVAILABLE TO ASSIST!!! The 'insurance company information' they gave to me was FRAUDULENT AND A TRAIL OF THREE DIFFERENT COMPANIES THAT HAD NOTHING IN THEIR DATA BASE FOR L&R Storage! So, I've had to get my attorney involved in the matter. My THEORY IS THAT THE BREAK-IN WAS AN INSIDE JOB! I can't discuss the details regarding my theory but I STRONGLY ADVISE ANYONE NOT TO DEAL WITH THEM AND THEIR UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!!
