Freedom Self Storage - St Marys

Rented a covered boat storage spot a few months ago. It was on the 'B' side with barely enough space to back my 19 ft Triton fish and ski into. Just got notice that the rental fee was being increased by almost 60%!! While I may have agreed to rent the space at that price had it been originally presented for that price, I cannot in good conscience continue to pay for something I feel was tantamount to a 'bait and switch' scheme. So, I cancelled that rental and moved my boat. Everyone has to make up their own mind about whether or not to do business with a company that engaged in this pricing approach. The fact that no outside electrical receptacles were energized, and a broken entry gate went months without being repaired due to an ongoing disagreement with an insurance company over who is liable for the loss did not help. So, rent with this company with your eyes wide open.

Getting a unit was very clear and easy! When arriving to put my items into storage, the staff was very sweet and very helpful. I will definitely be using freedom self storage again when needed.
