If you call they don't speak English. If you go there, they're not there. You can't even get in the place. It's ' remote managed' which means they're not from here. They don't live here. They don't come here and they don'tcare about you. They won't answer their phones in English. And they're completely unhelpful if anything goes wrong. This place is pretty much worthless. I would not recommend doing business with them.

I have worked with this company on two different occasions. The woman who answers the phone is very sweet and always calls back when she says she will. Any problems I have experienced she has always been able to resolve. I recommend this storage place.
