Facility is not usually manned, substantial rent increases have not resulted in any obvious advantage for the renters, units are now at the same cost as Phoenix city facilities deleting one of the advantages of renting so far from the city. Phoenix facilities are paved, this one is gravel. I'm trying to think of pluses other than the staff are usually helpful once contact can be arranged.

I've met with the new owners and they've already made some nice updates and upgrades and have more planned.
