I recommend their services for whole house, and even smaller items! They are dependable, reasonably priced, and very professional. We will call for their help in the future I'm sure!

We hired this company over the summer to help us with a move. They sent 2 men. We gave them a rough idea beforehand of what we thought the job would be. The job ended up taking longer than we had anticipated. We alerted the workers once we realized the move was going to be a lot more time to complete. They assured us it was no problem and they’d stay until the job was completed as they had no other appointments. We agreed to pay them the extra hours they were there and we tipped them out graciously (hundreds). The next day the owner called us extremely agitated and demanded we pay for 3 men even though he sent 2. Because in his words the job was a lot bigger than we initially thought it would be and the trailer wasn’t the type of trailer they thought it was.. We aren’t professional movers and had no idea the timeframe for our move or what to specify about trailer types..and only provided our estimate. He acted as though we deceived him purposefully. We did not. Regardless the job was completed by 2 employees not 3.
The owner the next day charged our credit card $600 more for an extra man that was not even there. Additionally, the workers very sloppily and lazily finished up the job by basically carelessly adding the last items of furniture in such a way that it extended our flat pack by over 4 extra feet which we had to pay hundreds extra for. This felt rude after we had emptied our pockets tipping them. We now have to bring them to small claims court as they refused to refund us. Several of our furniture items were damaged in the move as well as we have come to find out while unpacking.

God forbid you use the wrong description when getting a verbal quote from these guys. They'll send two people for the job and charge you for three because your moving trailer had a ramp. Then you'll find damage to half of your belongings when you unload due to neglect from them.

The company who unloaded us charged half the rate and did 3x a better job than Freelance.
