We were met at the front desk by a very friendly employee named Brenda who took very good care of us and made moving in very easy! She was very kind and helpful and gave us a great rate for our storage unit! Allen another wonderful employee helped with some heavy items and went above and beyond his usual duties for sure! Just can not say enough about these 2 employees and the great experience we had at this storage place..Thank you so much for all your kindness and help!!

I have had the good fortune of using Freeport Self Storage for the past 24 years! All of my belongings were safe, secure and in optimal condition. Moreover, everyone is always friendly and helpful, even when my husband died, and I needed to go through the process of transferring the storage facility into my name. Thank you FSS for many years of dependability and reliability!
