I completed everything within less than 10 min online and was very pleased with how quick and easy it was. When I arrived the unit was very clean and easy instructions were provided. You don't have to purchase your own lock either as it's provided with the rental. I've only been with them for less than a week now but management has been pleasant to work with thus far.
