I Rented there quite a While And Rosemary Was Always there With A Smile and Always took care of any problems you may have. She's No Longer there and New people running it was not An addition to the Company So lLL Just Stop There. And One Reason l Rented there was l Had 24 Hour Access Because of my Business. I was Never told that I would no longer have 24 hour access I found out when I went there to get something out of my storage locker that I needed and when I went to the office I was told everything was changed which really caused the issue well I'm no longer there I moved out to another Storage Company where I have 24-hour access I definitely would not recommend free up storage to anyone and l would not Rent from them again.

I met with Jolene to figure out what storage unit would work best for me. She was so helpful and generous with her time just a genuine good person. Iam so happy every thing worked out great.I would definitely recommend anyone to use free up storage.?

Jolene was friendly, knowledgeable, and showed us the unit we rented helping to set up lock. Experience was quick and easy.
