I have been with this company for nearly two years. I chose them because of the location, and the price at the time was reasonable. I must say that I am not pleased with how my tenure has gone. The pest control is not the best as rats got into my unit and destroyed some of my delicate collectibles. The cost to store my belongings has increased appreciably and in these times this is quite the burden. I've been a renter since moving to FL and have had to use storage units from time to time. FreeUp hasn't been the worst, but they have also not been my best experience.

We've been renting a unit here for a couple years now. The staff is always helpful and courteous, especially when helping with an issue.

We were a day late moving our belongings in, due to vehicle problems, when we arrived there was a lock already on our unit, Matthew helped get the lock off the unit and we were able to get everything unloaded.
