RUN FROM THIS PLACE ASAP. DO IT NOW BEFORE YOUR RENT IS RAISED, AND EXTRA SPACE LETS THE PROPERTY STAGNATE THROUGH AN OVER BLOATED INTERNAL MAINTENANCE SYSTEM.

They are the largest storage company in the nation, surpassing even public storage. Do you really think they accomplished this by treating everyone right? We don't live in that world anymore. They are about to screw you over. I've been through this situation so many times unfortunately and I have never seen a property improve under 3rd party management. #rd party management = expanding that bottom line. You as a tenant will never benefit from that.

I moved myself from Texas to Arkansas, just for FreeUp Storage to go 3rd party management and drop me like nothing. I am so sorry I left yall in such short notice. Yall were the best tenant base I ever had, it truly breaks my heart.

Very happy with my experience here. Cody was professional, talked me through pricing and walked me through unit I was interested in. I do like that the administration fee also includes a lock for the unit! Will definitely continue to use their business.

The staff was courteous and helpful start to finish. The price was good, and unit is clean. Highly recommended!
