, I guess I better 'choose my words better' so I don't 'slandar' the wonderful Free Up Storage. Because heaven forbid I share my personal experience and opinion about how they do business. Now I have to move all my stuff out in a week? Gee, I wonder why - could it be because I left a negative review? Funny how that works, huh? You can only leave positive reviews, or else you get punished.

At first, I was actually happy with Free Up Storage. I even left them a good review! But then, the moment I say something slightly critical, BOOM - they kick me out. Real classy, guys. I'm sure other people will be thrilled to know that if they dare to voice any kind of complaint, they might lose their storage unit.

But hey, the staff has been 'nothing but polite' to me. Oh, and let's not forget them calling my family and telling them all my business. No big deal, right?

And that late fee they slapped me with, even though I wasn't even 30 days late? Totally justified. I mean, who doesn't love getting charged over $130 for being a week behind? It's not like they promised one thing and then did another. Nope, that never happens at Free Up Storage.

But heaven forbid I post a negative review about any of this. That's just too much for them to handle. Instead of, I don't know, actually improving their business practices, they'd rather kick people out. Real mature approach there, guys. Way to show your customers how much you appreciate them.

Oh, and let's not forget - they're 'very nice people.' Sure, they may have misquoted my rates, changed my locks after being a week late but ay, but at least they were polite about it! Gotta give them credit for that.

Anyway, I'm moving my stuff out, because apparently that's the price I have to pay for daring to share my honest experience. But hey, at least I get to warn others about what might happen to them at Free Up Storage. You're welcome, future customers!'
