Free up Storage pea ridge is a nice facility secured area with plenty of storage space different size units and RV spaces. Kody at the front desk was a huge help showing us units for our needs. Highly recommend free up Storage.

Second time moving out of a storage unit at this facility and the manager was extremely helpful. We live a few hours away and he was able to handle on-site items we had remotely to make our transition out of the storage unit seamless. Highly recommend.

Replaced! It was nice to find out , ive been with this place since day one, it has changed hands twice and management 4 times. Now they have finally put the right guy in there, let me tell you he is AWESOME . He actually has quite a few years of experience in big city storage. He is extremely knowledgeable and knows how a proper storage facility operates and made those changes (or at least adressed them)the first week. CORY is good people and definitely the main reason i give my storage facility five stars. Would have given him 6 stars.

This place is awesome! Not only do they put up with me, but the manager is ON TOP OF ALL! She keeps place clean and is very predictable. For me that's the best plus......... UPDATE UPDATE.... I had gotten an email about rate increase, I sent an reply not thinking it would help and the very next day BILLY, (GREAT GUY NEW MANAGEMENT) called and not only did he put a hold on increase for now, but helped me with 2 other issues I had .. said next time I should just call. What ever he can do he will.!.....UPDATE
