I recently shipped 3 pallets of seasonal products from Chicago to Detroit, and FreightRun made the whole process a breeze. My agent Rachel was fantastic - friendly, on top of every detail, and lightning quick to answer my questions. I was especially taken aback by their great pricing - no comparison to the other brokers in the industry. Even when we had a slight delay at pickup, Rachel kept me updated and sorted everything out pretty fast. Very bad service. The brokerage service has a huge delay in processing bol. the system is not helpful online to process orders. the staff is not able to resolve issues. they make excuses for things not being done.

They didn't deliver for over a month. still no shipment delivery. They have refused to lower the bill knowing the service is horrible. They have now insisted on seizing the furniture items. We would highly recommend everyone to avoid this broker. They will not take accountability for bad service and insist on fees.
