They arrived on time and were very professional. The price was just right. The guys from Friendswood Movers came well-equipped and removed everything as promised. They didn't leave any damage or trash. I strongly recommend them!

With one call to the company, I was able to have my items picked up within an hour. They called me on their way and came to our house to remove an old bed frame and a headboard. They were excellent: professional, efficient, and friendly. I would highly recommend this company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They over charged me on the 10% gratuity that I selected via their app.. Their app showed a certain amount and then when I received the bill later on via an email the gratuity was more than what I was shown when I signed off at the end. I've tried calling several times to discuss on multiple occasions and they will not answer the phone. Do not be deceived by this company.
The morning they were supposed to arrive via their arrival window they were 45 minutes later than their agreed upon time. I tried to get ahold of anyone at this company and no one would answer the phone. I called 3 different phone numbers. Just when I thought they wouldn't show up I received a text stating that they would arrive in 35 minutes. 45 minutes later they show up. Communication was difficult because neither employee spoke English. Do not be deceived by this company as I was.
