Frisbie Moving & Storage

Rude and unprofessional. Items damaged due to leaving my wooden kitchen chairs in the rain, leather couch has damage on it, did not put furniture back together, complained about having to take my son's crib apart and put it back together. Walked on the carpet after it was just professionally cleaned and it had rained that day. Tracked in things to make it dirty. Now I have to get it cleaned again... not happy at all. We move a lot because my husband is a pastor. We will not be using this company for our moves in the future.

I have mixed opinions about Frisbie Moving & Storage. They were prompt and accommodating, however, even though I confirmed that they had liability insurance, they have refused to reimburse me for the solid wood huge desk that they destroyed in moving. I complied with all of their claim requirements and made numerous phone calls and emails but they have ignored all of my requests and just put me off. Very disappointing.
