Robin was great about helping us plan everything. And Bob got us through the move super smoothly despite all of the challenges we threw at him and his teams!

I must say, even before we finish unpacking, that my husband and I had an AWESOME team. Robin was extremely perceptive and helpful. We had a very unique and difficult situation that another two companies wouldn’t even consider contracting. Robin gave us a chance and a team led by Frank and John... two really considerate, patient, and even compassionate guys. If I ever had opportunity to work with Robin, Frank, and John again in a better situation, I would gladly do so, hoping they would be just as happy to have me as a customer again.

One other important note, I understood from Robin’s patient explanation of Michigan laws governing pricing for intrastate moves that we had a very fair price. With a borderline hoarding situation, we paid more than my husband wished, but I will say he had several months to decide what he didn’t want to move...

As far as if anything was damaged, I believe that no one but an owner should be responsible for packing some items. Preparing for moving is always wise, especially having items organized in advance, knowing you will unpack and need to choose new locations in a home for some.
